April 30th marks the 100th day since President Trump took office. LWVUS staff and local League members are gathering on Capitol Hill to tell members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives to stand up for our democracy. 

Clad in League attire, we will show a strong and unified presence in our nation’s capital, but we need YOUR help.

WHERE? Virtual or at your congressperson’s in-district office

This Wednesday, April 30, we urge you to: 
Call the DC offices of your Members of Congress using our script to help us keep phones ringing off the hook;
Visit your Representatives’ offices and drop off a League memo. (See this recording of a lobby briefing to prepare)
Submit our action alert to your Members of Congress.
